A must-have tool for a product-led business

What do you like best? Appcues has helped our team quickly role out in-product communication that drastically improve our users experience and impact key business metrics across our funnel. It's beautifully designed, easy-to-use and excellent for empowering more of our team to run experiments without having to use dev resources - which saves us time and money. Definitely recommend. Every product team should have this tool in their belt. What do you dislike? Would be nice to have it ...

Manager, Customer Support

What do you like best? Flow building - it's super intuitive and quick to create a user onboarding flow, I didn't even need to check the help center once to build my first onboarding flow. What do you dislike? Honestly, very little so far. If you build a really long flow it gets a bit slow, but it's rare that a flow is that long. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Appcues is intended to drive user adoption, education, and self-help. ...

One of our most utilized tools!

What do you like best? We like the ability to reach our customers within the product without needing to ask engineering for help. The editor is easy to use and the overall design is clean and pretty. We also really enjoy the support we get from the customer success team at Appcues. They're some of the best CSMs we've worked with. What do you dislike? There's not much we dislike about the tool. We're excited to see Appcues is adding new features as well. If I had to choose ...

In the big leagues now!

What do you like best? The support has always been top notch when we needed it, but a few product features were missing until now! The improved checklists to automate onboarding, the beta 2-way integration with Hubspot, and the improved analytics page all are exactly the types of improvements that needed to happen. What do you dislike? This is nitpicky, but my only gripe would be that sometimes after building a flow and trying to test it the testing link just won't really work for me ...

Great for quick and easy in-app communication with users.

What do you like best? It's an extremely powerful set of tools to message our users without relying on engineering changes. What do you dislike? The learning curve for me has been steep. I wish there were branching logic based on whether certain page elements appear or even the ability for flows to skip steps if a page element required for that step is absent. Recommendations to others considering the product: IIt's been a fun app to learn, and the access it allows to our users ...

One of the greatest

What do you like best? The possibility to easily create complex segmentation flows What do you dislike? Not having the possibility to use even attributes at segmentations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? User onboarding. Our usage when creating the flows has become much easier.

Ineffective for AngularJS applications and extremely slow to use.

What do you like best? The interface when using AppCues is pretty friendly and straightforward What do you dislike? Appcues doesnt work very well with our AngularJS single page app. There were lots of simple things we wanted to do like showing users specific elements in drop lists that are dynamically populated from javascript that AppCues just cant handle. Using AppCues from our development and testing environments was extremely slow and freqently fails and crashes. We wasted an ...

My loyalty level: Appcues lover

What do you like best? I like that it is really user friendly. Everything is at hand, from how to create a new flow to how the metrics are displayed. They understand very well the differentiations between user types and present the best way to act on each one. What do you dislike? Honestly nothing. The times I have had a problem the support team gave me the solution I needed. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it, follow the guides, the blog has very good ...

Appcues allows our Marketing team to do so much more than we previously thought possible.

What do you like best? Appcues' Chrome extension makes it easy to work in our app, where we need it to. Having the extension is a lifesaver that speeds up creation, testing, and approving user flows at a faster speed than our previous workflow. In addition, flow settings are straightforward and easy to manage. For example, we were able to conceptualize a user flow, plan, test, and launch an offer to a specific user segment in a matter of hours. This was unheard of prior to our adoption of ...

The easy way to make your customer's life easier

What do you like best? Easy to use, excellent support, and results above the expected. What do you dislike? I think even though it is a great tool the price range could be improved, maybe price it differently for people who use it less. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try, and you will never leave. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding and customer education, our product is hard to use and ...
