Excellent Remote Support App
I was looking for a replacement for LMI Rescue (I've been using Rescue since 2010), as it is having continuing issues connecting to macOS, dropping connections and endless login loops. LMI Support is abysmal. It is not the kind of support you want when you work in IT support. Of the other apps I trialled (TeamViewer, Webex, MSP360 Connect, Dameware, UltraVNC, TightVNC), AnyDesk came out on top. I was able to log on anytime and…
I was able to log on anytime and complete the tasks at hand. The only problem I experienced was with the internet. Loadshedding has an effect on this too.
