What do you like best? Annex clouds loyalty program is excellent so we can encourage our customers to buy things again and again by accumulating their points so they can redeem towards... Easy to use

What do you like best? It's coss-platform capability and easy to use functionality. What do you dislike? I dislike the price, as useful as the product is it's a bit high in price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Marketing, but with the help of annex we now have better knowledge if our customers to help us.

Amazing software

What do you like best? Annex Cloud offered us a much more robust way of educating users about our products though Ratings & Reviews. We had previously used Magento's default functionality and found it limiting. With Annex Cloud, we were able to add user submitted photos to our reviews and ask customers if they would recommend the product to someone else, which has been impactful with building social proof on our website and improving conversion. What do you like best? Love being able to add user photos to the reviews and the simple, and user friendly interface. What do you dislike? Integration issues in the beginning but that was resolved quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to make our loyalty program easier and more manageable has been really effective.

What do you like best? I like the gallery page for users/web visitors to get to via the linked hashtag at the bottom of the social annex scroll of our site. The customer service team (Jacob) has been great to work with- all questions are answered and updates are made to the site accordingly. What do you dislike? We vetted several competitors that did either loyalty or referral programs, but Annex Cloud was unique in that it allows us to do both - obviously it was more convenient and cost-effective to only need to do one integration rather than two.
