Great and easy tool to create videos with a lot of different designs and styles. You can tailor them to different social media platforms. They also have a great support team and Facebook group where you can ask for any help you need.

Great Customer Service

I failed to make note of a pending renewal, and when I asked to cancel a subscription I was no longer using Salliane in Customer Service quickly accommodated me.

Animoto provides an empathetic and professional service

This is the first time I feel a company actually listens to their customers. I lost my job during this pandemic, so when I got my renewal subscription, I couldn't afford it anymore. I asked the customer team if I can get a cancellation or refund due to this circumstance, and they helped me with a 50% refund and a redeem code to use when I get a new job. Thanks again for your understanding, empathy, help, and for providing a good service in different ways.

A very honest company you can trust.

I had not been using Animoto for a long time as I had shifted my activity so something different. Like most people, sometimes we tend to forget when we subscribe to a service online. This is how I remembered that I was a subscriber of Animoto because I had noticed a charge in my bank account.
