I would like to compliment Savannah Frazier. Not only was she prompt in replying my queries but she took time & effort to give me detailed information on how i may resolve my issues. This was additionally helpful to a senior citizen like me who is not so IT savvy. Her response was much appreciated !

I been using Animoto since 2012
I been using Animoto since 2012, and I’m a huge fan. It’s easy and looks amazing when finished. The customer service is also, attentive and quick to respond.

The customer service in this company is…
The customer service in this company is excellent . I never realised that I had clicked the auto subscription button and they took full payment out my account .. they do have a no refund policy but after emailing we came to an arrangement and we met in the middle and they refunded half … and still Let me use the software ( I don’t use it as business is quiet ) but there is not many companies left that would even meet you half way so I am very grateful .

What do you like best about Animoto? Animoto comes with an intutive UI that helps us to make videos easily for my marketing purposes. I have no prior experience in taking care of things like video editing. But animoto made ot easy for me.So if you are a beginner too, do not worry about content creation. Animoto will do the rest for you.
