Efficient,Quick and Patient :)
The support team is quick and efficient to help regardless of the time of day. They troubleshoot with me, never get impatient and don't give up till my ticket is resolved. The program itself is my favorite program of ALL to work on.

Excellent help with video sharing problem
I had a question about sharing video editing access with a colleague. Giftson helped as much as possible via chat, then offered to do a call. On the call, Giftson helped me solve the issue quickly in a friendly manner.

I like all of the different options of…
I like all of the different options of ethnicities, hair and physical features. It does not like take too long to do the videos. I am very new to the website but so far it has be pretty straightforward. You do have to click around to familiarize yourself with the options if you do not watch the tutorials.
