Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. My app was ready to go on Google, I was pre-launching when I got report that there was issues in coding I need to fix before launching the app. I took all pictures and information for Andromo and they never helped. They just stopped answering. The whole time customer support was slow and very bad, somebody answers with about 5 words and don't put ANY effort. Now I'm building my app in another place. Total waste of money and time. This is one of 4 companies I've used to try to create simple app from a simple, hobby website of no commercial interest (not even ads). The first app was withdrawn by Google Play since it was just links to the website. Google Play have now said they will close my app account because this has taken too long to resolve. I used the app for a couple of days and then tried to cancel my subscription. There is no button to cancel the subscription. I cancelled my credit card and now they have my new credit card details. I am currently disputing with my bank, but this is a long process. Please use paypal for dodgy websites like this or don't use at all.
