Easy to manage

What do you like best? It's super intuitive to create graphs and dashboards, filter by many different parameters and create proper segmentations. It's helpful that we could also drill down to users' details where required. What do you dislike? I miss being able to change parameters such as time frame and others on one graph within a dashboard without leaving the dashboard.
