What do you like best about Amazon WorkMail? Great interface and easy to use. I think it's a great alternative to Outlook if you don't need all the features that come with Outlook. What do you dislike about Amazon WorkMail? There's not much to dislike. My biggest annoyance is sometimes the format is weird after pasting an excel table. What problems is Amazon WorkMail solving and how is that benefiting you? I think the biggest benefit is cost reduction changing from other products like Outlook.
