SNS for any notification
What do you like best? I do not need to keep track of the processes running to see if it completed. Just setup an SNS notification to your email What do you dislike? There needs to be integration to other services so that they can be triggered on the notification What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everything related to child keeping a process running. Track a completion using notifications

Amazing integration with AWS and easy to understand implementation
What do you like best? As a developer that uses AWS as a backend it’s easy to implement notification services by simply adding a trigger to my lambda functions. What do you dislike? There’s nothing i dislike about at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pleasant and easy service
What do you like best? The ease and reliability of the platform. What do you dislike? A little difficult to originally get started with, but once you get the hang of it it is very helpful.
