I placed an order with a company I have used previously both directly and through amazon , the order was confirmed and paid through amazon pay which I thought nothing of because I use amazon frequently. The order was on May 15 and now on June 12 after several attempts to contact them I have heard nothing from Amazon pay or the business I ordered from. If you cancel an order with a Merchant good luck getting your money back from Amazon Pay

If you cancel an order with a Merchant, good luck getting your money back. Amazon Pay says talk to the merchant who says they have issued the refund, except I have not seen a refund after two weeks and numerous emails. This has to be one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I have had online. Very poor service by Amazon Pay. Won't use them again for sure.
