I paid for new boots from Brantano, which I never got, even tried to say I picked them up from post office which wasn't true, I had been waiting 3 months for a refund , had contacted my bank also, was surprised when it came up amazon, that's when I discovered I had used amazon pay , I contacted them by phone ,and they had my refund in 5 days ,I can't fault them they were fantastic, my bank hadn't even started looking into it in over 4 weeks, I will certainly use them again .

Amazon pay is a total scam try to get through to customer service is a joke.they still owe me $ even after showing them proof of Thier mistake & having the merchant back the proof.I would warn anyone beware of Amazon Pay.Best to deal directly with any merchant rather than having a third party that will screw you over.

I will never use Amazon pay again via a company purchase. I have had a delivery problem and shocking Homescapes Customer service. I was informed by Amazon customer service that Amazon Pay only open between 7 and 8 am at 8 40 am. I forwarded a message to them but no acknowledgement of its receipt. Allowed the 48 extra hours for delivery even after the package says delivered. Cameras around the whole home yet Im going back and forth with "care" team. This site might bring back shopping in person. Better yet get your package and request a refund. They'll either be out of business or find a way to ensure delivery. Update- ordered a second one, came.
