Amazon Aurora - A Big Boost on Standard MySQL

What do you like best? As a consultant I recently configured an Amazon Aurora database to serve as the back-end of an organization software. Great performance and easy transition from MySQL

What do you like best? The MySQL compatibility meant we didn't have to change anything in our system which used to run on a MySQL database. It was a very simple configuration change to point at the new instance once set up. What do you dislike? Without direct access to the instances it isn't possible to do a few things you'd be able to do if you were running your own database server, but this is rarely an issue. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider what ...

an amazing product

What do you like best? What I like most about this product is if high performance, great things can be achieved with it. thanks to the fact that you can count on the support of this great company like amazon that over the years has proven to be innovative and responsible. An excellent product for database management

What do you like best? What I like most about this product is to be able to count on a security in the encryption of the data that gives it a plus when it comes to managing large databases and in turn generates confidence in our customers. What do you dislike? Perhaps not so negative but sometimes influential is that the operations of the database are affected by the control exercised by amazon with its policies as a company but beyond that there is nothing more to highlight at this ...

This is the best RDS software out there!

What do you like best? This software is orientated for hosting SQL servers by using backend solutions. Its performance has improved a lot our efforts for having databases organized and well formed with backup data in case that something wrong just happens and data would be compromised because of that. Offers also a high range of databases that clients require for certain ends. Its workflow and features al also up-to-date for delivering a fast and reliable service to all the peers. What ...

Cheap, easy to manage RDBMS solution

What do you like best? SaaS version of mySQL database service, no need to manage the storage layer of the solutions due to autoscaling feature. What do you dislike? Performance can be poor, unable to use the server-less feature with a standard thick client SQL application like MySQL Workbench What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? provides an RDBMS database service to index our object storage
