Great Platform!

What do you like best? It has all the core features I need and is constantly being updated. Date is comprehensive. The dashboard looks great and it is very user friendly. I checked out a ton of phone platforms before deciding on Aloware. Most of what is on the market is dated and clunky. The decision was easy in the end. Onboarding has been wonderful so far and excited for company wide adoption.

What do you like best? Customer service, attention to detail, diligence, and user interface are all excellent. What do you dislike? Some minor bugs with users across different browsers and the chrome extension sometimes is a bit wonky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are still fairly new and have recently started onboarding our sales team and am excited to stress test the transfer functionality more

What do you like best? Simple and intuitive navigation, customer profiles and stats. Clean and neat! What do you dislike? I like everything thus far, everything works well. I am a manager who is using Aloware for our team of 100 SDRs.

What do you like best? I love the support that Anoosh and Sohrab have given us. When we experienced an issue we were able to reach out to them directly to get it fixed. I also liked the flexibility that they provided us, by customizing and tailoring Aloware to our needs. What do you dislike? Exactly What We Needed

What do you like best? Being able to see which guest is calling and to be able to differentiate between my personal calls and work calls. What do you dislike? Easy to use

What do you like best? No dial tone while transferring. The chrome browser feature is convenient What do you dislike? I dislike the power dialar. Aloware is the best texting platform out there.

What do you like best? I love the seamless interface they have and Anoosh & Sohrab are superstars. They continuously update their software and I love that it has Zoho integration. What do you like best? The customer service and the API allow us to to make sure all our business needs are met with Aloware What do you dislike? I have not run into any downsides with Aloware.
