Fantastic

Regularly using Aloware for Texting

What do you like best? I like the user interface, how Dashboard works and the customer profiles are so well layed out and among the best I've seen. What do you dislike? Should probably work on fixing Filtering contacts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating appointments requested by customers. Definitely helps when customer is not available to take the call but prefers to receive a text.

Great experience thus far!

What do you like best? Aloware has been great for our new business endeavor. The staff and support team are incredibly fast at answering any questions I may have. The program itself is also easy to use. I really enjoy the dashboard controls as it gives me more insight into the specs of usage for our business. What do you dislike? Great product run by by great people

What do you like best? We started using Aloware back when it was newly launched. Loved it then for its pleasing UI, fast navigation and simplicity. A year later, it's grown into one of the best call center solutions out there, and keeps getting better. They add new features almost every month. The reporting in particular is just brilliant. What do you like best? I love their easily accessible analytics, the no-BS $0/agent pricing, and omni channel integrations. Aloware's reporting lets us quickly see if there are unexpected call volumes (low or too high) using their dashboard, and graphing tools. And in the case that we don't their teams alert us too.
