Great phone system for support teams

What do you like best? Their smart routing and use of tags in Aloware is literally the best. We are able to categorize all the calls we receive and patch them to the right team to respond. Great reporting and statistic features help analyze your work better and adjust your workflow that will benefit both the customer and the company. What do you dislike? Great User Interface

What do you like best? I love the automation feature which allows you to multitask. What do you dislike? I think there should revisit the access control policy. There should also be an build in feature to record voicemails. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great app that requires minimal resources for setting up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead generation and Inbound Calls. The automation features saves time

Best Call Center Soultion I Have Used!

What do you like best? The capabilities Aloware gives is top of the line for my team. From automated calling and texting leads, to manual dialing with call recording. What do you like best? Anoosh is the BEST at fast response to my platform's changing needs and resolving issues. Call Center solution for inbound and outbound calls

What do you like best? The automated dialer feature is a huge plus, allows me to put all my leads in a list and blast the phone really fast. if the customer is not available (which is usually the case) I send them a text automatically. What do you like best? Overall my experience with Aloware has been a positive one. It is super easy to use and learn. I especially love the live metrics and reporting features. What do you like best? THE TEXT MESSAGING OPTIONs is convenient and easy What do you dislike?
