What do you like best? Being able to see which guest is calling and to be able to differentiate between my personal calls and work calls. What do you dislike? Aloware is the best texting platform out there.

What do you like best? I love the seamless interface they have and Anoosh & Sohrab are superstars. They continuously update their software and I love that it has Zoho integration. What do you dislike? There are times when we do run into problems with texting, but Anoosh & Sohrab are always there to help us out and fix the problems. Great automation software!

What do you like best? Being able to automatically text a lead as soon as the lead comes in which turns a lead from outbound to inbound! What do you dislike? Can be confusing to use sometimes, it takes time to adjust. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highlyr ecommend it! What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Texting Capabilities and ease of use. SMS integration is good too What do you dislike? Setup is a bit combersome, especially if you come from a traditional phone system background. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am now able to offer customers that prefer texting the ability to interact with us at a 100% text option.

Easy and smoove contact between me and customers. Power dialer fails to work sometimes.

What do you like best? I can call multiple customers in a fast manner without ever having to pull out my cell phone. What do you dislike? I currently do not have any dislikes with the system. What do you like best? The features, I love that it has an app and desktop view. I enjoy reviewing the overall summary and ability to make my line busy etc. What do you dislike? I miss calls and I don’t like the end wrap up feature (I understand the use) but forget about it. It’s a little difficult to navigate.
