Excellent call center and team features1
What do you like best? Simple and intuitive navigation, customer profiles and stats. Clean and neat! What do you dislike? I like everything thus far, everything works well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reporting, routing solutions. Gathering leads and tracking lost call revenue.

My favorite software product, ever.
What do you like best? The customer service and the API allow us to to make sure all our business needs are met with Aloware What do you dislike? I have not run into any downsides with Aloware. Recommendations to others considering the product: Talk to Anoosh and Sohrab! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to text and call our customers much more quickly and can provide a personalized experience

Stellar experience
What do you like best? The most helpful is all the different types of feature I am able to use with Aloware. Additionally, I love the tracking capabilities since I am able to see many different things like amount of calls, talk time, reminders, texts, etc. What do you dislike? Aloware is easy to use and user friendly
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use. You can call right from the dial pad. Its easy to navigate through the dashboard to make comments and check out the business info. What do you dislike? Occasionally the calls will drop when transferring or the system will run slowly for no reason and you have to open a new window or restart your computer to reboot it. Makes high volume sales so easy
What do you like best? The power dialer feature is amazing. You just load a bunch of contacts into your dialer and the tool calls them for you. You can voicemail drop, email and text all from the same place. You can connect the CRM as well so everything takes place in one spot rather than having to use several softwares. What do you dislike?
