A very easy, friendly and self explanatory tool to use

What do you like best? The overall design contributes to the overall convenience when using the tool. Everything you need is laid out properly in a way where you would see everything that you need in a categorized manner. Aloware is the kind of tool where even beginners and people who has low computer literacy would be able to understand and use. What do you dislike? Aloware is the best contact center software I have ever used.

What do you like best? I like how I can easily dial our contacts using their Power Dialer. It makes me work so much faster and complete all the calls I need to make within a day. Because of this, we are able to connect with leads and close deals much easier. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. I love everything the software has to offer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dialing has been so much easier thanks to Aloware.

What do you like best? Overall, I like how the app is laid out. What do you dislike? I dislike the lack of a separate message tab. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very efficient. Great Platform!

What do you like best? It has all the core features I need and is constantly being updated. Date is comprehensive. The dashboard looks great and it is very user friendly. I checked out a ton of phone platforms before deciding on Aloware. Most of what is on the market is dated and clunky. The decision was easy in the end. Onboarding has been wonderful so far and excited for company wide adoption.

What do you like best? Customer service, attention to detail, diligence, and user interface are all excellent. What do you dislike? Some minor bugs with users across different browsers and the chrome extension sometimes is a bit wonky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are still fairly new and have recently started onboarding our sales team and am excited to stress test the transfer functionality more

I am a manager who is using Aloware for our team of 100 SDRs.

What do you like best? I love the support that Anoosh and Sohrab have given us. When we experienced an issue we were able to reach out to them directly to get it fixed. I also liked the flexibility that they provided us, by customizing and tailoring Aloware to our needs. What do you dislike?
