“We’re impressed”

What do you like best? We moved from our office phones to this because Aloware changed this concept for us. We’re impressed by how complete the features are, that we easily migrated the whole team to this. Integrating with HubSpot is easy

What do you like best? We use HubSpot as a CRM and we like the integration feature of Aloware with it. Also, setting up the integration is not too hard, unlike other systems we have used before. Overall, I think Aloware is great and a perfect fit for our business. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Everything is smooth-sailing and easy to use. The day we got started with Aloware, we didn’t have a hard time because our existing data were all synced with our Hubspot data. I didn’t have to switch tabs every now and then when I’m in Hubspot. What do you dislike? So far, so good. I love everything about it. “I like how easy it is to use”

What do you like best? Setting up this call center software is so easy! We were able to deploy this system in less than a day to all of our agents, which helped us move to a work-from-home setup. Easy to use

What do you like best? It’s user friendly. Whatever feature you’re looking for, you could easily find it. What do you dislike? We tried out the mobile app but it was freezing sometimes. Alloware Experience

What do you like best? Our overall experience has been really good. Aloware increased the amount of calls we are able to make. This was a huge win for my sales team. What do you dislike? The program really makes everything happen so quickly. I had to pause taking calls for a bit to get my pace.
