What do you like best about Aloware? The dashboard is user friendly, and no training needed to move forward once we switched. The ability to easily see the past, present and future on one screen. The ability to listen and understand what happened on a call. The ability to mark yourself unavailable or available makes it easy for others to know your status. The ability to tag contacts and group them makes it easy to search and work smarter.

They send solutions and if not resolved within 24 hrs, they get on a zoom call with us and the job always gets done. They bring concerns to their developers and give us continual feedback on the resolution. The price is excellent too!
