Aloha wins it all

PROS: Aloha is by far the greatest efficient POS program used in restaurants. It sometimes encounter errors but it's not like the others that it crashes almost every week. CONS: All programs have its downside but I don't have anything to dislike this program right now.

I’m on the right path

PROS: By introducing online applications such as Pulse to track actual-time data and Configuration Center to handle various locations and internet sales, NCR has turned Aloha into an advanced POS platform. CONS: Without the foresighted outlook of the NCR tech experts, users have learned their lessons. The team, before redesigning the softwares, should pay more attention to its user requirements and should also offer discounted trial run for software that haven't set for launch yet. The ...

Hello to better profit

PROS: Fast and seamless process. The customer service is only a call away. Also, the panel was easily readable and the program was simple to understand. The intuitive interface greatly helped. CONS: I hope they have a return call option in the future updates and will be much cheaper.

Can be learned quickly

PROS: Aloha has an organized system and is easy to use. It is consistent everywhere. If I ever transfer to a new restaurant, I won't feel intimidated as many dining establishments uses this program that I know too well. CONS: I think that it crashes more frequent than normal. It went down many times. I don't know if it's on the establishment's end.

The best POS system for restaurants

PROS: It's user friendly that even non-technical staff won't be having a hard time using it for front end and management. It's simply clever. CONS: For me, Aloha is perfect and without flaws. It is far more superior than its competitors.
