"Aloha is great for multi units"
What do you like best about Aloha Cloud? Ability to change the menu once for multiple units. Easy to use for staff and managers alike. What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud? Sometimes hard to get help with the system crashes or the help is not as trained as we need them to be and slow. What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales, comps, voids, tracking, PPE, breaks, payroll, p mix, reports, recipes

What do you like best about Aloha Cloud? The customer service phone number for immediate POS issues connects you almost immediately to a tech for help. What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud? The reporting is difficult. Unavle to access reports for daily activities easily. What do you like best about Aloha Cloud? It is good software for restaurant billing operation. It is very easy to use . Reporting dashboard is very Helpful. What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud? What do you like best about Aloha Cloud? Fairly user-friendly for the Front of House staff What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud? The training material supplied doesn't necessarily match the product, you have to request training material, support has been inconsistent on resolving issues What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? "Functionality is good but getting personalized reports is difficult."
What do you like best about Aloha Cloud? Has a ton of capabilities. I havent worked with many POS systems on the back end but Aloha is pretty versatile. What do you dislike about Aloha Cloud? Reporting. Getting a custom report is difficult. Despite the extensive options. What problems is Aloha Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? We recently started issuing coupons and promos. Aloha has good options for those.

Been benefitting Aloha for more than 2 decades
PROS: The efficiency of the service hasn't declined over the time. It has raised the rate of our operation and it is very easy to use for our staff and managers. The orders are also forwarded precisely to the kitchen. It has excellent customer service from BEC Denver from the time it was built. CONS: Before, we could just change the touch interface or the chipset. Now, the machines have become exlusive. Lately, we have to spend few grands on updates and device maintenance to be able to ...

Totally best!
PROS: Aloha is very organized and there aren't much unnecessary actions needed to take to order. It's the easiest POS program I have ever used! CONS: What I don't like is that the ticket can't be submitted if I won't add water to every meal. Also, I would love it if I can modify the color scheme, too, in the future update.
