Excellent OKR Tracking & Team Transparency
What do you like best? Ally has turned the long process of OKR creation into a manageable and fun project that my entire team partakes in. I oversee a team of 4 reps, and we have a collaborative session each quarter to create our team OKR's, as well as build out individual goals that feed directly into our organizational goals. Helpful intro to OKRs
What do you like best? The charts are nice- especially the progress roll-ups and activity over time. What do you dislike? It's a little hard to get into the specific area I need fast enough. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you set up annual goals first, then nest from there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps everyone stay more focused on quarterly goals.

User friendly tool
What do you like best? - User friendly designs. Very easy to use and have objectives and key results. Ally is a strong tool for managing and measuring business objectives
What do you like best? I love Ally's ability to see the objectives cascaded down from to-level goals to specific department tasks. I also like how the top-level objectives are updated as the child tasks are completed. What do you dislike? I have noticed a few small bugs (ie - uploading a user photo sometimes does not take) and would like for a better way to show the chart view with long objectives. Intuitive Interface, Outstanding Customer Support, and Great Integrations
What do you like best? Ally.io has incredible customer support & pays a lot of attention to customer experience. They were extremely generous with their time & insight as we prepped for rollout -- every member of the team was responsive and willing to hop on a call with me.
