Great tool to deal with OKRs at large companies

What do you like best? - easy to use - great support - fast on-boarding What do you dislike? - some small bugs still to be tackled (nothing blocking) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? - large scale transparency - clear monitoring of performance - better prioritization (less topics talked at the same time) - better (co-) ownership of priorities by teams

Is Ally helpful: Ally helped me and my team be more productive and aligned with our objectives.

What do you like best? It allows us to be productive and give us an overview of how we are doing/performing towards our goals. It improves my team's attitude towards our objective. They are more focused and determined to hit our goals. We can also easily determine whether we need to change direction when a goal can't be met due to hindrances. Nice way to structure your objectives and it's key results

What do you like best? "My OKRs" is the nice way of showing the best view for my OKRs. The team objectives are the second best thing which I like more. And at last, check-in using the different metrics are the fruits to the table. What do you dislike? The multiple levels of the Key Results is sometimes confusing and may lead to less informative since we have to go to the new view to see the key results at level 4 or 5. Ally is easy to implement and even easier to use

What do you like best? Once fully setup, I really appreciate the visual aspects of Ally. Being able to see OKRs for the entire organization is very helpful to see alignment and goal attainment. I also like the historical view of previous quarter OKRs. Being able to share KRs with the team so they can be involved in the OKR review process is also a plus. What do you dislike? Great product for aligning a team

What do you like best? Easy to set up high level OKRs and have your team fill them out with more granular ones. Also makes it easy to track progress and integrates well with Slack, so you can see updates in real time. What do you dislike? Staying on top of team members to keep updates is still a manual operation. While there are email updates, a better system for tracking late or infrequent updates would be a great feature upgrade.
