Beautiful and user friendly

What do you like best? The Ally platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? Would love some more automation with our current systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ally brings more transparency to our organizations goals from company to team level. It's brought more individual interaction with our company's goals.

Best OKR tracking tool!

What do you like best? Prior to using Ally.io, our team was using PPTs and Spreadsheets to track OKRs manually and they weren't tied to the corporate objectives. Ally.io is so simple to use and requires little to no training. We were able to quickly add our company, department and team level OKRs and updates are a breeze using the Teams and Slack integrations. What do you like best? I like Ally GUI friendly nature .It's easy to understand and easy to maintain. What do you dislike? No ,i don't have anything to dislike. Nothing. You *can* have too much of a good thing (in this case, flexibility and features)

What do you like best? Starting out with the OKR methodology, it was great to have a tool that allowed a lot of flexibility in developing and tracking OKRs. The iconography and colors are helpful in determining what you are looking at, and the many different available views has potential to be quite useful (for managers tracking direct reports, for example). What do you like best? From the very first time we started talking about implementing Ally, the team really understood why we're in need of their software. A great OKR tool that can easily be integrated into your work life

What do you like best? The ease of updating my OKR's through Slack, as well as the collaborative functions that helps us to track our progress What do you dislike? In my opinion, there was a steep learning curve in navigating the actual platform, especially when learning about how to align individual OKR's with team and organizational OKR's. Platform is very easy to use and has great integrations (slack, etc.)

What do you like best? Scoring OKRs is basically done automatically. It's pretty easy to align OKRs. And checking in can be done quickly. Adding new users is very simple. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The design of the user interface is intuitive. This tool helps our team a lot to track teams and individual OKR. Very focused and minimal view of the relevant Data.
