Great platform with a great team behind it

What do you like best? Ally is the backbone of our OKR program. The UI is intuitive, integrations with our other platforms are plenty and easy to use and the automation and insights Ally provides are core to our rhythm of business. What do you dislike? What do you like best? As a whole, it’s a wonderful way of developing individual responsibility and to fully comprehend how to optimize progression in goals and OKRs. Ally is a relieving experience

What do you like best? What I like so much about Ally is the structure and presentation of the OKRs and projects. You have a lot of options. The visual alone makes you much more productive and keep up. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about Ally. What do you like best? It keeps my team focused on the big rocks that need to be moved in order to hit our goals. What do you dislike? They are working on a few features right now that we need which is the ability to make the teams private. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Love that the platform is specifically tailored towards OKRs, great customer service What do you dislike? Ease of use could be improved, the sidebar that shows up on desktop on right handside when clicking on an OKR is somewhat distractive. Would also love to see committed vs. aspirational OKRs.
