I can see if they called on the phone, texted me, emailed me, or even used Facebook Messenger to contact me. It's like iCloud for your business. I love that all my employees can see the communication going on with our customers so that anyone can respond and help funnel our client from inquiry to sale. What do you like best about AllProWebTools? I have gaps with other software, either with support or bandwidth etc, but AllPro, never lets me down. The support is an 11/10 and the software, the same. I can't say enough about the team that got me up and running and is STILL there for me for any question I have regardless of how elementary or advanced, they know it all, so you don't have to.
