What do you like best about Allego? My team enjoys the Digital Sales Room functionality that allows us to create customized experiences that house content relevant to our partners. We have a great relationship with our Customer Success Manager, Travis, and our quarterly calls with him are super helpful. What do you dislike about Allego? What do you like best about Allego? One of the features I love most about Allego is the Ease-of-Use. The interface is intuitive, which makes it easier for the learners to be more engaged, instead of taking time to figure how to navigate or use the platform itself. What do you dislike about Allego? What do you like best about Allego? I like the great customer service, the support, and the knowledge they bring to monthly customer service calls. What do you dislike about Allego? The reporting could be more specific and granular. What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you? We are finding that customers want the information on their time and the sales cycle has lengthened dramatically. This allows us to provide information and have more productive conversations.
