"A great product and a great team."
What do you like best about Allego? We use it for coaching and development. The reinforcement part of learning was missing. Allego has solved that challenge. This allows us to ramp up our reps faster and make them better sellers faster. What do you like best about Allego? Allego gives us a lot, all in once place. - Conversation intelligence. A great CI tool for reviewing and coaching customer facing calls as well as understanding at scale whats going on in our calls - topics, themes etc. Their call summary feature is very handy as well. - Content. "Valuable tool for sales training"
What do you like best about Allego? Being able to categorise recorded calls..... What do you dislike about Allego? have to apply filter rather than auto... What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you? Proactive coaching. being able to listen back to calls is invaluable. The team member hearing themselves back has much more impact that figuratively discussing calls

Allego is quite a comprehensive product, but we mostly use it to create DSRs to leverage the ability to better understand how prospects are interacting with the marketing and sales documents we share with them. What do you like best about Allego? The reinforcement Allego provides is unmatched and helps Sales Representatives truly retain what they are learning. It is app-based and meets people where they spend most of their time -- on their phones! What do you dislike about Allego?
