"Seamless"

What do you like best about Allego? Our Customer Success Manager is always there to lend a hand when needed. The platform allows us access to calls and the grading system is perfect. What do you dislike about Allego? That I don't use it more often, what is there to dislike!? What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you? Very easy to find key words. The call structure is a lot easier to track.

What do you like best about Allego? Conversation Intelligence is simple to use, easy to integrate with your other tools and quick to get your team up to speed. I like the way that once people are up and running you don't need to think about the tool and can focus more on the impact and helping your team have better conversations. "Such a handy tool, great customer support!"

What do you like best about Allego? Ease of use, good insights, multiple use cases, email notifications. The customer support was the biggest winner! What do you dislike about Allego? It would be good to have more control over customisation of things such as keywords and scorecards. What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales support and individuals' development. It has also supported forecasting accuracy too.

What do you like best about Allego? The application is very easy to use. And their Customer Support and onboarding process are exceptional. What do you dislike about Allego? I love the analytics that I get from my calls, seeing how many questions I have asked, how many fillers I have used has changed the way I speak to people on the phone.
