"Call Recording as a coaching tool"

What do you like best about Allego? I Do like listening back and seeing if I could have said or done something different. "An excellent application for connecting people and ideas"

What do you like best about Allego? Allego is great in that it allows people to connect and share ideas via video and/or audio. I use this application to share ideas with my sales and field colleagues, as well as get up to speed in new areas where I need assistance in a new role. "Great for SDR teams"

What do you like best about Allego? Call coaching accuracy and insights, customer success and service is excellent. What do you dislike about Allego? Minimum license number applies to each module, so despite us having 100+ licenses of one module can't have a single license on another module. Recommendations to others considering Allego: Speak to Cassie What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you? Caller ramp, training, feedback. Sales call insights and improvement.

"Excellent tool to level up your sales team to give consistent and tangible feedback"

What do you like best about Allego? Ability to grade calls and tag moments to identify specific areas of which reps either done a good job of navigating objections etc or need support to level themselves up What do you dislike about Allego? Call tags and the best practice library allow me to quickly find coachable moments in our calls while being able to quickly access and drop feedback is hugely useful to continue to coach remotely.
