"Refract and Allego is Amazing!!"
What do you like best about Allego? I tried different remote phone tools but Refract/Allego is the best remote phone tools I've ever used. Aside from it being super convenient to use, the sound quality is very outstanding. I would really recommend this to our friends. What do you dislike about Allego? What do you like best about Allego? The ability to pass on your calls for further development of my skills has been fantastic over the last few months. What do you dislike about Allego? Significant issues the company has faced with implementing the system. What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you? Open channels of communication with my manager for call listening which wasn't previously available.

What do you like best about Allego? One main skill that I would always recommend is to listen to your calls, this will help you with good things you have done and great questioning to take into you're next call. What do you dislike about Allego? Not much to dislike with this system, except I do find it difficult to find calls as you can only use a number to find a call and this is case sensitive so has to be no spaces. "Amazing Product for Self Development"
What do you like best about Allego? The fact that you are able to see time-stamped moments of your call, to understand every detail of the call from crutch words, the talking pace and the % of speaking from both yourself and the client. Using Refract has allowed me to pick up on what my best and worst attributes of a customer call are and being able to submit a call for grading to my manager, has enabled me to pick up on what learning needs to be done to improve my calls.
