You are just fooling people!

You are just fooling people! I was in contact with you and asked you to help me and cancel the subscription and a refund for what you charged, you said I would get a refund but never did. You would terminate my subscription and you promised. But you didn't do that, instead you drew another invoice. Then I have emailed you several times after that I get no reply. Cheater! Hustler!

Don't sign up in vain. You cannot get a refund. There is no such thing as customer service. They said they would reach us within 24-48 hours. It's been 6 days and there is no response. It's a shame for your money.

What do you like best about Algopix? It was a good tool until it starts giving you very inaccurate results. What do you dislike about Algopix? Inaccurate results. Bad, very bad and disrespectful customer service. Recommendations to others considering Algopix: Please stay away. They are not honest and their outsourced support is not knowledgeable of the product and the most basic customer service skills, it´s like non existent.
