I think this product works best for small business or those that are just getting their feet wet with Content Services and record management software. It works well with Unix-like operating systems, and Windows. I have not tried this on Mac. What do you like best about Alfresco Process Services? I very much appreciate the fact that it's considerably cheaper than Microsoft Sharepoint. I also enjoy the ability that you are able to access the cntent outside the web as well as the collaborative web content.
