Great Tech support!
I am a librarian at a K-12 school. I have used Alexandria for quite a few years now. It is an excellent product and I am very happy with the tech support. The operators are friendly and helpful. They work with their customers to solve any issues. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

This system WORKS!
The system is fantastic, well-integrated, easy to navigate through, and very functional. Support staff is AMAZING. When I encountered a problem during an upgrade, support personnel not only walked me through the problem, but calmed me down in the process. Several years ago, I encountered a problem with sounds, and was unable to change a very annoying sound. Alexandria Library Software is all you need!
Alexandria library software is wonderful for a large or small library. It covers all aspects of managing a library. The training and support offered by the company are excellent. We had a recent turnover in library staff and equipment. Alexandria support made that a very smooth transition for us.

Great software and terrific support!
Our school was using Alexandria before I arrived and I find that it is a wonderful product. We seldom have any issues and when we do, we just call the tech support for help on any issue. I have not been disappointed yet. They are courteous and respectful no matter what. I guess I love the tech support of this the best!
