I have only had Alexandria for a few months, but I love it. Previously I used ResourceMate3.0, which was outdated and difficult to use. Alexandria is quite different! Everything is easy and user friendly. I do wish that They had the option of putting the reading level of a book in the file though. I'm excited to use this software for years to come in my school library.

Alexandria is a fantastic program with wonderful tech support when we really need it. I became a librarian by accident but soon learned that our small library had a great system that had been underutilized. My school, as well as the other schools in my district, run hosted Alexandria in our libraries. The hosting services Alex offers is fantastic. Having someone else in charge of updates, backups and any other issues that may come up, provides us all a tremendous peace of mind. Alexandria - no need to fear, their tech people are here!

With Alexandria's unending features, there isn't anything you can't do. However, learning how to utilize all of these tools can seem daunting. I've had the best experience with their tech personnel every time I have called for the past 4 years. They're always able to help fix my issues within minutes, and normally teach me how to use something new. They're helpful, informative, and patient.
