Fantastic product with an even better CSM support

What do you like best? Their tracking of companies is top notch, but what is even better is the service provide during our POC process via Oleksii and Aymeric. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. What do you dislike? The data contacts from their partner Cognism are rather poor, with a bounce rate of 50% and more. Valuable lead / relevancy information for B2B companies

What do you like best? Albacross helps you answer one of the most difficult questions: Who visits my B2B-site? This information is obviously very valuable to any sales and marketing department. I find that Albacross is easy to use, and makes it easy to filter companies and make segments to watch. Customer centric company providing a great toolkit for demand gen

What do you like best? First of all, Albacross are great to work with. Great customer XP, good data and constantly getting better

What do you like best? My favourite thing about Albacross is the personal approach they take to customer experience. We have an account rep, Oleksii, who could not do enough for us. Unique software

What do you like best? I love that the software emails me weekly with the website hits from the last week, and shows me where they came from - seeing the domains from which people visit is very useful. What do you dislike? I honestly wish it was more accessibly priced for the small business market. They track less than 1% they claim to…

They track less than 1% they claim to work on working from home but that is just click bait! They also have a slow load time that made us suffer in SEO! We bought a one year license and after 2 weeks no results they refuse to refund!

Gives us a very good overview of international companies that visit our website

What do you like best? I like that you can segment your website into areas of interest and consequently get an overview of companies that visit these areas. What do you dislike? Not all company info looks correct, I guess it would be around 80%. So there is room for improvement there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Thanks to Albacross we are able to target prospects that haven't reached out to us yet.

It looks usable, but many out actual leads are not in albacross database.

What do you like best? UI is pretty goods. Reports and filters are usable. What do you dislike? Database of companies does not include many companies also many internet providers are displayed as companies. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was trying to reach more clients event these one whod didn't contacted me.
