What do you like best about AlayaCare? Coming into the AlayaCare partnership we really gained some colleagues in our industry...not just a vendor. The AlayaCare team cares about our success and the care we provide to our clients.

What do you like best about AlayaCare? We're about to go live in the month month with our first few offices. AlayaCare's Client Success Team has been more than generous with their training and data migration from our existing platform.

"Easy, reliable program."
What do you like best about AlayaCare? The program is so easy to use. There is space for any information you could possibly need for field staff to know. Easy to schedule patient's visits with field staff having access to the info they need.

"This software needs work..."
What do you like best about AlayaCare? The things I like best about this software definitely is the ability to offer shifts to my care staff, that feature is great, I also like that you can go in and easily block out requested off days for staff and the "Do not send" feature to make sure you do not send the wrong caregiver to a client is also amazing. I also like the activity feed on my main page. Their customer service is great, I just think that the software needs a lot of work.

"Robust, Responsive Software"
What do you like best about AlayaCare? My favorite feature is the real-time dashboard; it's so helpful to have up-to-the-minute data for all users. When everyone on the care team can see the latest notes and chart information, everyone is able to do a better job in patient care.
