With this in mind, Akken is easy to use for time entry and allows you to keeps track of various expenses, standard timesheets, and overtime, and also allows you to enter effort against different roles or positions. The clunky email and no mobile email options from my phone, unable to mass merge duplicate candidate profiles (more than 1 person at a time), Calendar should be the Outlook, not an entirely separate calendar.
