What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like the Todo List, but you can improve this function to allow for Batches of Todo's to be moved to new dates. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? I would like to see the Dashboard have a list of Currently working consultants and an Active Job Board. I have to open multiple Browser Tabs to work between Tasklist, Company Profiles, and Contacts. "Difficult onboarding due to poor communication"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? It does not have a lot of down time. There have been a few cases where I submitted a ticket and the problem was resolved in a way that was helpful and did not leave me with more questions. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Its interface is not userfriendly. Too many steps to complete a simple task. Completing tasks alse requires multiple tabs to be open at once. There are lag times between functions. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Aaken offers the ability to search for candidates contact information, such as address, email, name, phone number, etc. It is simple to use. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? The thing I like best about Akken is its available parsing feature. I can select a candidate's resume I recently received and the parsing feature pulls out the pertinent information such as the individual's name, phone number, email, and job history and put the relevant info into the correct fields for me which saves me time in the overall process. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like that the program is very user friendly and easy to navigate to search for clients and update client information. It is very easy to learn how to use the program especially for first timers. I like that we can use the program to set reminders which makes it easier to keep track of clients' files in case we need to meet a deadline. "AkkenCloud has allowed our business to grow with it's features and ease of use."

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? User-friendly platform and paperless onboarding helps us reach more candidates than we were able to in the past. Multiple features that allow us to streamline a lot of our existing processes for our internal employees, such as espense reports, employee reviews, and payroll.
