What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I've been recruiting for 34 years and have used many systems. I like that there is a high degree of customization we can do ourselves to tailor the system to our needs. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? It is an ATS and a step above a spreadsheet. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? It is very dated, very clunky so many steps just to complete simple tasks. Lack of customization for workflows and how our company hires. It does not offer any type of candidate nurturing and easy bulk/mass emailing. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like the ease in which I can move from location to location within the website. I have used several CRM tools (Salesforce, CRMS2, ACT) and Akken, in my opinion, is the most user friendly and was easiest to teach coworkers to use than the other programs.
