"Outdated but Effective"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Paperless on boarding goes smoothly, anyone can see what anyone else has done and it is easy to alter what we want documents to be/say. This is especially effective for a temp agency because we have new employees so often that it would be impossible to do all the tax forms in person. We also like the info being pulled automatically from candidate profiles and how emails are tracked. Not sure what more I can say but we really are big fans of the ease ...

"It's pretty okay, I like it, it's an interesting C R M"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like the ability to make CRM groups... Helps us keep our notes in line, the task management is a feature too. Best Database ever, fast search, great customer service, Life changing earth shattering, very easy for my whole team stellar, amazing, beautiful, fantastic, wonderful amazing. fills me with joy to open. "Physician Recruitment"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Keeps candidates in a database where we can pull them up by how they are organized. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Features are more geared toward staffing and clinical recruitment, not physician recruitment. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? How to organize the data better so we can do things like mass email/mass text etc.

"Easy to learn and use on a daily basis."

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Integration of client and jobs together. Easy to jump from one to the next. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? When putting notes on a job or client and attaching the candidate or recruiter, you have to type in the client name, city, and state so the recruiter knows who you are talking about. "Not Ideal"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Works for our payroll team and recruitment teams' basic needs. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Difficult to use for CRM segmentation and needs more integrations with different platforms (ie: HubSpot, job boards), etc.) to allow for automation. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Inexpensive, some good features, good resume parsing What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Too much duplicated effort. Not enough report functionality. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like the Todo List, but you can improve this function to allow for Batches of Todo's to be moved to new dates. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? I would like to see the Dashboard have a list of Currently working consultants and an Active Job Board. I have to open multiple Browser Tabs to work between Tasklist, Company Profiles, and Contacts. "Slow, antiquated, and less intelligent than most..."

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Not much, to be honest. I've used countless CRMs over the years, and most have made my life easier. Akken requires manually updating everything, doesn't get along with other software/programs, doesn't automate processes...it's just cumbersome and feels like something my mom would have used in the 80's. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Lack of automated processes, no abilitiy to export reports to excel, inability to right click...just everything, ...
