"Versatile tool that allows for organization"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like that there are so many options and tabs to click on that help organize all of the information pertaining to our candidates. I can be as specific as I need to in the Activities area without worry of running out of room to type. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? "Overall Great CRM/HRM Tool"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? POB (Paperless OnBoarding) is the best feature. I work at a Staffing Agency and we hire a lot of people so the POB feature is a great tool for us. We are able to process applicants more quickly and efficiently with this tool. All forms are legible, easily accessible and can be downloaded with the click of a button. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Akken has an easy-to-navigate layout with very a clean interface. The CRM note-taking tool makes documentation and communication tracking virtually seamless! What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Some information from PDF files can be lost during the creating of candidate profiles, but for the most part, the "Import" tool creates an accurate profile with all the necessary information included. "Good and Reasonable Priced CRM for Staffing"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Akken integrates well and is very user friendly. Also, not as expensive as most. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? "Good Product Overall - Could Use BI Refinements"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? It's VERY easy to use and intuitive. Most functions aren't too buried which is nice. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? It's BI and searching functionality is very limited. It should have keyword or skill taxonomies that you can search on instead of having check boxes for everything you want to search on every time. "Easy to use"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like the candidate search or contact search. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? When you enter a contact and it does not pull up and you want to pull up another contact, you have to erase it fully, you cannot override it. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Love the calendar and how easy it is to use.

Advanced ad-hoc report generation can be difficult at times. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Accurate tracking of candidates submitted to orders avoids details from being overlooked. Our data compliance has increased significantly.

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Works for our payroll team and recruitment teams' basic needs. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Difficult to use for CRM segmentation and needs more integrations with different platforms (ie: HubSpot, job boards), etc.) to allow for automation. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I've been recruiting for 34 years and have used many systems. I like that there is a high degree of customization we can do ourselves to tailor the system to our needs.
