What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I love the detail of Akken's search function and how user friendly it is. The interface is easy to understand and it tracks everything very well. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Technical issues, but everyone runs into those What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Export to Excel feature is great. The calendar and opportunities for integration are also very good. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Software development is a rapidly evolving space and it does not feel like Akken has followed along with the changes. Calendar appointments should have a permission that allows everyone, certain people, or only the owner to update the event. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Akken actually has a pretty great search function and when the information is entered into the system correctly, it is amazing. Unfortunate, there are a lot of time where the information is not put in correctly or has not been updated in a very long time. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Its alot. Sometimes less is more. I like that there is a high degree of customization we can do ourselves to tailor the system to our needs. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like the cloud aspect of the platform. While not seamless, you can access the platform via mobile app or web. There are decent integration options with other platforms and mass upload and export options. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like that I can filter and use the boolean feature easily. I like htat I can add my new hires in a group, see when the last time the file was modified and their most recent job title on their resume. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like the ability to set task reminders and notify other users when I am entering notes. I also enjoy the easy integration with text em all and docusign. I also like that once the docusign is completed, it will upload the information and documents right into the employee's profile. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?
