"Needs to be more user friendly"
What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like that you can see phone numbers without clicking on the person. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Not user friendly. Hard to navigate. Needs better training and more info on how to run reports. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not noticed where Akken has helped our company. I do know that we have not used it for all of its capabilities which in part is due to user friendliness.

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Easy to access information from both the CRM and HRM side of things. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? From a Medical Compliance Stand Point, there is not a way to have preset (Mandatory) items when working with a candidate on the HRM Side.
