What do you like best about AkkenCloud? The application was designed for our company and do able to have a lot of input What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Improvement on the scheduling module. Also testing for medical employees. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? One stop solution. We're not 100% there as of right now but we're getting there.

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Very strong customer service. Constantly adding functionality. Fairly intuitive menus. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? I hate a few things. 1. When you do a search in candidates it does not mark a candidate as viewed once you open it. So, if you do not go through every candidate and want to return the search it is a huge hassle to get back to your spot. 2. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Great tool for data storage, recall and usage. Applicant tracking allows for easy categorization and implementation. Note associations allows for detailed tracking of steps and follow up by multiple recruiters remotely. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? What do you like best about AkkenCloud? An upside of Akken is great customer service! What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Downsides of Akken are that it is not intuitive. Takes multiple steps to generate reports, it syncs with your email but then doesn't tell you that you reset the password so you think you sent an eCampaign to a bunch of contacts, but nothing tells you that you didn't.
