"Akken is a helpful tool for candidate tracking"
What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I enjoy the candidate tracking and the tools they offer to keep me organized. The Reports function is especially helpful to keep track of my teams progress. I also utilize the calendar a lot. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? We do not utilize Akken for HR and payment tracking. "Not the best for Sales prospecting"
What do you like best about AkkenCloud? You can easily create new job orders. You can go to websites and email contacts within the system What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? The "Tasks" to follow up and make prospecting calls doesnt make sense What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? The last system we used was not cloud based and had limitations

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? All of our company's info is in one spot. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? no iOS product, reporting is hard to navigate What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? VMS/CRM tool. Keeping all company info in one central location

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? We are able to accomplish most of the tasks we need to do in a relatively effective manner What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Interface isn't intuitive, documentation is limited, features sometimes change without our knowledge What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a standard part of our business, we need an ATS to track those applicants

"New User, Slow and Repetitive system"
What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like that I can filter and use the boolean feature easily. I like htat I can add my new hires in a group, see when the last time the file was modified and their most recent job title on their resume. I also like the dashboard reminders and the calendar feature. It's interesteing how it shows my invitations on the home screen. What do you like best about AkkenCloud? There is lots of data space to hold all contacts What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Email capabilities are limited and you need to know actual coding for website changes What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? We have created work arounds to filter candidates better, to generate email lists
