What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Easy to navigate for candidates & job orders. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Slow. Groups do not always work which is frustrating. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Sourcing.

"An Excellent System"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? It is a great system that integrates all other platforms we've been using! What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? It can take some time to get used to but once you get the hang of it, it is fantastic. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Integrating all out staffing software into one system! Keeps everything organized with client communication. I am able to work much faster and more efficiently.

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? It has a more simplified feel in regards to scheduling and the organization of information. It does not feel overwhelming. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? Some steps can feel slightly redundant when it comes to the "save" and "apply" and "update" buttons. "Acceptable but not outstanding"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Search capability is fair, although the layout could be set up differently to make it easier to utilize. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? As a whole, the system is not very user-friendly or intuitive. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm not sure that I have an answer for this question. We are using AkkenCloud as our ATS and it's decent.

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? I like that it's user friendly, everything in one place. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? I would say the only "con" is that there are a lot of pop ups. What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? We were using many systems and now we just use one.

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Pages usually load promptly, I can have more than one Akken tab open at a time. In general I've had poor expereiences with customer service but since Nicholas Bitters started working as a CS, I feel like i've actually received quality assistance. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? I find Akken to be pretty clunky. It has many features that seem half thought through and then ultimately don't make a ton of sense in the context they've been created. ...

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? Akkencloud is user friendly. When we are able to connect to the various sites such as linkedin, indeed, careerbuilder, it is a tremendous time-saver for recruiters. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? I changed to a MAC computer. I preferred using the addin for windows to capture the resumes into the akKen system. Would rather use Outlook for email. "Clunky but helps you stay organized"

What do you like best about AkkenCloud? It helps me to organize my candidates and open job requisitions. It is fairly easy to view your dashboard and see your company's current open jobs, and you can filter your view to easily see your own candidates or job openings. What do you dislike about AkkenCloud? AkkenCloud is likely the most clunky, unintuitive ATS I've ever used, and I have used 8 or 9 throughout my career. There are decent integration options with other platforms and mass upload and export options.
