Really nice but limited for the cost

What do you like best? I loved the user interface, with nice graphics, intuitive functionalities, light and useful features. It is well designed to be quickly updated, directly integrated in a report, or presented as is. The item table with its value vs effort calculation model is a nice feature that makes this product stand out of competitors. What do you dislike? Improvements can be made on rendering labels on charts (priority chart or timeline chart have issues with long labels ...

Intuitive Tool

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create and view planned projects across a timeline, and create valuations for each. What do you dislike? I haven't used it enough to find something to dislike yet. : What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Airfocus helps us communicate and visualize

An excellent tool to get a good view of what you are doing

What do you like best? I like the ease with how you can view your activities/plans from multiple dimensions. You can easily view the same activities/plans depending on your audience for the day without having to establish different roadmaps for different stake holders. What do you dislike? The color palette (an important part of any visualisation could be improved. A tool aimed at catching the eye of the viewer needs to have a good color scheme. Recommendations to others considering ...

Comprehensive and Visual

What do you like best? The best part is being able to create custom variables for value and cost and being able to weight these. It helps us work within in a consistent framework for product prioritisation, rather than random selection. It has a super clean user interface too. What do you dislike? I think a little help for the next step would be great which is after scoring - as arbritrary scoring doesnt always indicate an order. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Good simple program

What do you like best? I like that you can set importance of different steps What do you dislike? It's a shame that the timelines aren't synced so that changing one adjusts the later steps. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating a roadmap. It's helpful for prioritising.

Helpful tool for roadmap prioritization & visualization

What do you like best? Airfocus allows us to prioritize and connect seamlessly to Trello for improved prioritization and visualization of our roadmap. Airfocus is very easy to use and friendly to share reports and breakdowns within our company. What do you dislike? I wish Airfocus integrates a bit more with Trello to allow value and effort fields to be populated via custom fields. Currently we need to have daily management of both Trello and Airfocus boards. Sometimes the UI ...

A nice UI with limited capabilities

What do you like best? The clean user interface makes for good user experience What do you dislike? The integrations are somewhat limited - I wanted to use it with Trello but it doesn't seem to produce the type of gantt chart that I need What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I need to create a project management sheet that syncs with Trello, without having to manage a separate spreadsheet

Decent roadmapping but no workflow capability

What do you like best? I liked the roadmap aspect of Airfocus; good UI, feels very current. What do you dislike? Airfocus doesn't have any workflow or project management capability which is difficult to justify as solely a product tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I didn't use airfocus permanently; I was using it as a trial solution to analyze options for my team

Great for roadmaps

What do you like best? Best part of airfocus is the ability to create independent and/or combined product roadmaps. What do you dislike? Thing I dislike the most about airfocus is probably the timeline view, we find that many business users appreciate the ability to see things in a consolidated timeline and having some more customisation around this view would be very useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The main problem we are ...
