The new Voicemail feature it's a game changer

Having Aircall as a tool has been a game-changer for me as a sales representative. Now, with their newest feature called Voicemail Drop, where I can pre-record a voicemail message and drop it with a single click right after hearing the beep, it's a beauty. It is convenient to use it from my laptop or phone (via an app).

We really enjoy aircall and my job it’s…

We really enjoy aircall and my job it’s an easy great way to interact with our guest! The only improvement I would suggest is have a place for unread messages bc if I go out of town and come to so many unread messages it would be nice if there was a space just for unread messages. Bc I have to go through and find/unclick all the ones I haven’t seen and it can be time consuming!

I've tried multiple companies and this one seems to be the best when it comes to quality of call and easier to set up than other systems also. I love that it's month to month. One thing that makes it different is that they charge per user not per phone line.
